64B16-27.101. Counterfeit Drugs

Effective on Thursday, October 8, 2015

1No pharmacist or pharmacy employee or proprietor shall knowingly purchase, sell, possess or distribute drugs which are commonly called counterfeit, or which are misbranded, or improperly labeled as described by the Florida Drug and Cosmetic Law.
