64B16-31.045. Test and Treat Certification: Mandatory Continuing Education

Effective on Sunday, November 22, 2020

1A licensee shall not be required to complete the 3-hour continuing education related to minor, nonchronic health conditions if the initial certificate was issued less than 12 months prior to the expiration date of the license.
