64B18-14.0051. Duty to Self-Report

Effective on Sunday, February 25, 1996

1It is a violation of Section 7461.013(1)(f), F.S., 9for a licensee to fail to report, in writing to the Department, any disciplinary action taken against the licensee by the licensing authority of another state, territory, or country.
