64B18-14.011. Mediation

Effective on Tuesday, April 22, 2008

1The Board of Podiatric Medicine has determined that the following violations are defined as mediation offenses:

17(1) Failure to supply copies of patient records in a timely manner when requested by a patient or a patient’s representative;

38(2) Failure to post the patient’s bill of rights as required by Sections 51381.026 52and 53381.0261, F.S.;

55(3) Failure to provide proof of proper financial responsibility.
