1The practice of hypnosis as defined in Chapter 485, F.S., is permitted by a licensed psychologist who qualifies as designated by this rule. Basic hypnosis is defined as the use of hypnotic approaches for the purpose of stress management, self-hypnosis, guided imagery, or relaxation and shall be practiced only by those licensees who have successfully completed a total of at least 10 hours of education which meets the requirements for approval set forth in Rule 7664B19-13.003, 77F.A.C., in basic hypnosis.
