64B19-19.002. Definitions

Effective on Thursday, September 18, 1997

1A “client”, or “patient” is that individual who, by virtue of private consultation with the psychologist, has reason to expect that the individual’s communication with the psychologist during that private consultation will remain confidential, regardless of who pays for the services of the psychologist.
