64B2-13. Renewal Of Active License, Inactive Status, Renewal Of Inactive License, Continuing Education |
1(1) Any licensee may elect at the time of licensure renewal to place the license on retired status by paying the retired status fee of $50.00.
27(2) A retired status licensee may change to active status provided:
38(a) The licensee must meet the continuing education requirements of Rules 4964B2-13.004 50and 5164B2-13.0045, 52F.A.C., for each biennium the licensee was in retired status and pay all past renewal fees;
68(b) If the license has been in retired status for more than 5 years, the licensee must take and pass the Special Purpose Examination of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (SPEC) and take the NBCE Florida Laws and Rules examination as set forth in subsection 11464B2-11.001(2), 115F.A.C.
