64B2-16.008. Return of Certificates or Licenses

Effective on Thursday, October 10, 1985

1Any certificate or license issued by the Department and subsequently suspended or revoked, other than for failure to pay biennial registration fee as required by Section 27460.407, F.S., 29shall be promptly returned to the Department’s Administrative Offices.
