64B20-9.005. Minimum Procedures for Hearing Threshold Assessments

Effective on Thursday, January 28, 1999

1Any hearing threshold assessment or audiometric threshold testing other than hearing screenings, electroacoustic immitance testing, otoacoustic emission testing, or evoked potential testing, whether diagnostic or for the purpose of fitting and selling hearing aids shall be conducted in a certified testing room as provided in Rules 4764B20-8.001 48and 4964B20-8.002, 50F.A.C., unless the client provides a waiver of this requirement as provided in subsection 6464B20-8.002(5), 65F.A.C.
