64B21-501. Fees |
1(1) The fee for initial licensure is $175.00. This fee is refundable if the applicant is not eligible for licensure.
21(2) The fee for biennial renewal of an active status license is $190.00.
34(3) The non-refundable application fee for licensure by examination is $175.00.
45(4) The non-refundable application fee for licensure by endorsement is $175.00.
56(5) The non-refundable application fee for retired status licensure is $50.00.
67(6) The fee for reactivation of an inactive license is $150.00. Such fee is in addition to the biennial renewal fee and any other applicable fees.
93(7) The fee for changing the status of a license at any time other than the beginning of a licensure cycle is $50.00.
116(8) The fee for renewal of an inactive status license is $150.00.
128(9) The fee for delinquent status as set forth in subsection 139456.036(7), F.S., 141shall be $190.00.
144(10) The fee for a duplicate license is $25.00.
153(11) The application and renewal fee for Department approval of a provider of continuing education for school psychologists is $250.00.
