64B21-503.002. Renewal of an Active License

The Department of Health shall renew an active license upon receipt of the renewal card, the biennial licensure fee as established in Rule 64B21-501.003, F.A.C., and demonstration to the Department that the licensee has satisfactorily completed continuing education requirements as defined in Rule 64B21-502.004, F.A.C., and maintained documentation of same pursuant to Rule 64B21-502.001, F.A.C.
