Effective on Monday, May 21, 2018
1(1) The following violations with accompanying penalty may be disposed of by citation with the specified penalty:
18(a) Failure to return the permit to the department for cancellation within 30 days after a change in owernship as required by section 41484.007(4)(b), F.S., 43a $100 fine.
46(b) Failure to notify the department within 30 days, but not more than 60 days, of a change in ownership of the establishment as required by section 73484.007(4)(b), F.S., 75a $200 fine.
78(2) Unless otherwise specified, all citation violations must be corrected within 60 days.
