64B7-24.016. Time for Payment of Civil Penalties

Effective on Sunday, August 25, 2019

1In cases where the Board imposes a civil penalty for violation of chapter 456 or 480, F.S., or the rules promulgated thereunder, the penalty shall be paid within 90 days of its imposition by order of the Board, or as otherwise directed by the Board.
