64B8-51.004. Licensure by Endorsement

Effective on Sunday, July 14, 1996

1Every applicant for licensure as an electrologist by endorsement shall demonstrate that the applicant:

15Holds an active license or other authority to practice electrology in a jurisdiction whose licensure requirements are determined by the Council to be equivalent to the requirements for licensure by examination in this state.
