64B9-15.0045. Certified Nursing Assistant Renewal Fee

Effective on Sunday, May 19, 2019

1(1) For renewal of Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate, as provided in section 13464.203(8), F.S., 15the fee is $50.00.

19(2) The fee for change in status on a delinquent license, as provided in section 34456.036(8), F.S. 36is $50.00.
