64B9-15.0096. Mediation

Effective on Sunday, July 2, 2017

1The Board finds that mediation is an acceptable resolution for the first instance of the following violations:

18(1) Issuance of a worthless bank check to the Department or the Board for initial licensure or renewal of license, provided the licensee does not practice on a delinquent license.

48(2) Failure to report an address change for more than 30 days but less than 60 days, in violation Section 68464.203(6), F.S., 70provided the failure does not constitute failure to comply with an order of the Board.
