64C-3.001. Reimbursement for CMS Network Services

Effective on Monday, January 20, 2003

1(1) CMS Network Health Care (Physician and Non-Physician) providers must accept the CMS Network payment as payment in full.

20(2) Participants shall not be additionally billed a co-payment, a deductible, or other fee for covered services when the CMS Network is the primary payer.
