64E-21.001. Drowning Prevention Education/Public Information Publication
1(1) The educational program required in Section 8515.31, F.S., 10shall be the 132018 online course “Home Pool Essentials,” co-developed by the American Red Cross and the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (formerly the National Swimming Pool Foundation 39which is incorporated by reference and available at a cost 49at https://www.phta.org or https://www.redcross.org/get-help/how-to-prepare-for-emergencies/types-of-emergencies/water-safety/home-pool-safety.html or 54from any American Red Cross Chapter. 60The agency has determined that posting the incorporated materials would be a violation of federal trademark law. The materials are available for public inspection at the Department of Health, 4052 Bald Cypress Way, Tallahassee, Florida 32399; and the Department of State, R.A. Gray Building, 500 South Bronough Street, Tallahassee, FL 32399. A copy of the course may be obtained from the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, 2111 Eisenhower Ave., Suite 500, Alexandria, Virginia 22314, 703-838-0083.
