64E-5. Control Of Radiation Hazards |
1Each licensee or registrant conducting operations at a temporary jobsite, which is a location to which radioactive materials have been dispatched to perform wireline service operations or subsurface tracer studies, shall have the following documents and records available at that site for inspection by the Department:
47(1) Operating and emergency procedures;
52(2) Survey records required pursuant to Rule 5964E-5.1116, 60F.A.C., for the period of operation at the site;
69(3) Evidence of current calibration for the radiation survey instruments in use at the site; and
85(4) When operating in the State under reciprocity, a copy of the appropriate license, certificate of registration or equivalent documents.
