64E-5.1511. Notification in the Event of Suspected or Real Breach of Containment

Effective on Wednesday, July 17, 1985

1In addition to the reporting requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation, any carrier transporting radioactive material in the State shall notify the Department immediately in the event the carrier suspects or knows of a breach in the containment of the radioactive material being transported. Notification shall be made as described in subsection 5464E-5.1513(2), 55F.A.C.
