64E-5.321. Control of Sources of Radiation Not in Storage

Effective on Saturday, January 1, 1994

1(1) The licensee shall control and maintain constant surveillance of licensed radioactive material that is in an unrestricted area and that is not in storage or in a patient.

30(2) The registrant shall maintain control of radiation machines that are in a restricted or unrestricted area and that are not in storage.
