Effective on Saturday, January 1, 1994
1(1) Each licensee or registrant shall maintain records of tests specified in paragraph 1464E-5.317(2)(a), 15F.A.C., on entry control devices for very high radiation areas. The records must include the date, time, and results of each such test of function.
40(2) The licensee or registrant shall retain the records required by subsection 5264E-5.341(1), 53F.A.C., for 3 years after the record is made.
