64F-2.004. Approval of Coalitions

Effective on Sunday, April 21, 1996

1Approval shall be based on receipt of an acceptable application from the prospective coalition which is submitted according to the process outlined in Rule 2564F-2.003, 26F.A.C. and which satisfies the evaluation criteria established by the department as specified in the request for application for funding.
