64F-6. School Health Services Program |
1(1) Vision screening shall be provided, at a minimum, to students in grades kindergarten, 1, 3 and 6 and students entering Florida schools for the first time in grades kindergarten through 5.
33(2) Hearing screening shall be provided, at a minimum, to students in grades kindergarten, 1 and 6; to students entering Florida schools for the first time in grades kindergarten through 5; and optionally to students in grade 3.
71(3) Growth and development screening shall be provided, at a minimum, to students in grades 1, 3 and 6 and optionally to students in grade 9.
97(4) Scoliosis screening shall be provided, at a minimum, to students in grade 6.
