65-6.024. Out-of-State Fees  


Effective on Monday, January 27, 1986
  • 1(1) A responsible party whose residence is out of state shall be requested by the department to apply for interstate transfer of the client. This requirement does not apply to a foster care client’s responsible party.

    37(2) If the responsible party applies for interstate transfer of the client within 90 days of the department’s request, fees will be assessed as described in this rule.

    65(3) A responsible party who does not apply for interstate transfer of the client within 90 days of the department’s request shall be assessed the cost of service.
