65C-15.011. Changes in Agency Function or Purpose

Effective on Monday, November 14, 2016

1(1) The 3child-placing 4agency shall provide written notification within 30 calendar days after implementation to the Department of changes in the agency’s director, statement of purpose, services to be provided, clientele to be served, intake procedures or admission criteria.

40(2) If the changes in the 46child-placing 47agency’s policies and procedures represent a departure from the original policies submitted in writing to the Department for the agency’s operation, the agency shall submit to the Department its new operating policies and procedures 10 business days prior to implementation.
