65E-25.004. Designation of Secure Facilities

Effective on Sunday, October 7, 2001

1The secure facilities to be utilized by the department for the control, care and treatment of persons detained or committed under Sections 394.910-.931, F.S., are the Florida Civil Commitment Center at 13613 SE Hwy. 70, Arcadia, FL 34266, and the South Bay Sexually Violent Predator Detainee Unit at 600 U.S. Hwy. 27 South, South Bay, FL 33493.
