65E-5.210. Right to Vote in Public Elections

Effective on Monday, April 4, 2005

1The facility shall have voter registration forms and applications for absentee ballots readily available at the facility or in accordance with the procedures established by the supervisor of elections, and shall assure that each person who is eligible to vote and wishes to do so, may exercise his or her franchise. Each designated receiving and treatment facility shall develop policies and procedures governing how persons will be assisted in exercising their right to vote.
