65G-8.011. Access to Rules

Effective on Thursday, August 7, 2008

1(1) The provider or facility employing reactive strategies must maintain on-site a copy of Rule Chapter 65G-8, F.A.C, accessible by staff, clients, parents, guardians, and guardian advocates.

28(2) The requirements established in this rule chapter are to be incorporated into all staff pre-service training programs related to the use of reactive strategies.
