1Disaster Relief applications may be submitted to the District and considered by the Board at any time during the year to provide assistance to an eligible applicant for the removal of navigation obstructions and repair or replacement of waterway facilities damaged by a declared natural disaster. Applicants for Disaster Relief shall use the same forms listed in subsection 5966B-2.006(2), 60F.A.C. The District shall consider these applications in accordance with these rules.
