67-25.016. Waiver of Repayment Terms under Mortgage

Effective on Wednesday, February 2, 2005

1The Corporation shall waive the repayment of a portion of the mortgage loan under the program if the Corporation determines, in conjunction with the program guidelines, that it is necessary to do so in order to comply with arbitrage restrictions as they are defined in the IRC 1954 code and the Code, as applicable, or any regulations thereunder.
