67-39.003. Feasibility Studies

Effective on Tuesday, January 8, 2002

1The Corporation shall retain an independent third party to perform a Feasibility Study. Such Feasibility Study must contemplate the specific project type proposed to be guaranteed before any Guarantee of a Qualified Obligation of such project type shall be issued. The Board must accept the Feasibility Study prior to the issuance of any Guarantee pursuant thereto.
