68A-30.001. Authority and Purpose of Chapter

1Chapter 68A-30, F.A.C., regarding the indexing, management, and availability of final orders, is promulgated pursuant to Section 18120.533, F.S., 20and Chapter 1S-6, F.A.C., and has been approved by the Department of State pursuant to Section 36120.53(2)(c), F.S. 38The purpose of this chapter is to provide public access to and availability of final orders issued by the agency.
