68A-11.008. Vehicle Regulation for Everglades Holiday Park

Effective on Wednesday, July 27, 1983

1All “off-road vehicles” as defined in Section 8375.312, F.S., 10are hereby prohibited from access to those public lands known as Everglades Holiday Park more fully described as follows:

29Tracts 50, 62 and 63 of Everglades Land Company subdivision of the south one-half of Section 28, Township 50 South, Range 39 East, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 1, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
