68A-12. Rules Relating To Game |

1When used in this rule chapter, the terms and phrases listed below have the meaning provided:
17(1) 18Taxidermist – any person who prepares and preserves whole specimens, hides, or parts of wildlife or fish as part of a commercial enterprise.
41(2) 42Processor – any person who butchers or produces consumable meat products from the whole carcass or parts of a game animal as part of a commercial enterprise.
69(3) 70Final processing – the act of packaging game meat, meat cuts, or products for storage or preparation of the meat for consumption.
