    4(a) Little Gator Creek – Pasco County.

    111. The designated wood stork rookery area is closed to public access.

    232. Public access is prohibited February 1 through August 31.

    333. Possession of any animal is prohibited.

    404. All persons shall enter and exit the area only at designated entrances.

    535. Public access other than by foot (pedestrian) or bicycle is prohibited.

    656. Public access is prohibited from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise.

    80(b) Hickey Creek Mitigation Park – Lee County.

    881. Possession of any animal is prohibited.

    952. All persons shall enter and exit the area only at designated entrances.

    1083. Public access other than by foot (pedestrian) is prohibited.

    1184. Public access is prohibited from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise.

    133(c) Platt Branch Mitigation Park – Highlands County.

    1411. Possession of any animal is prohibited.

    1482. All persons shall enter and exit the area only at designated entrances.

    1613. Public access other than by foot (pedestrian) is prohibited.

    1714. Public access is prohibited from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise.

    186(d) Lake Wales Ridge – Highlands and Polk Counties.

    1951. Possession of any animal is prohibited except dogs as provided by paragraph 20868A-17.004(7)(c), 209F.A.C., are allowed and horses are allowed by permit.

    2182. All persons shall enter and exit the area only at designated entrances.

    2313. Public access other than by foot (pedestrian), bicycle or horseback (equestrian) is prohibited.

    2454. Public access is prohibited from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise.

    260(e) Bullfrog Creek Mitigation Park – Hillsborough County.

    2681. Possession of any animal is prohibited.

    2752. All persons shall enter and exit the area only at designated entrances.

    2883. Public access other than by foot (pedestrian) is prohibited.

    2984. Public access is prohibited from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise.

    313(f) Lake Wales Ridge Wildlife and Environmental Area – Royce Unit – Highlands County.

    3271. Open season:

    330a. Archery – September 22-24 and October 13-15.

    338b. General gun – November 17-19.

    344c. Small game – December 8-10, 22-24, opening 3 days prior to the third Monday in January and closing 3 days thereafter and February 2-4.

    369d. Wild hog-still – May 5-6 and 12-13.

    377e. Youth turkey hunt – March 10-11.

    384f. Spring turkey – March 17-19 and March 30 through April 1.

    396g. Fishing and frogging – Allowed throughout the year.

    4052. Legal to take: All legal game, fish, frogs, and furbearers. 416Taking of antlered deer not having at least one antler with three or more points or one antler with a main beam of ten inches or more in length is prohibited, except by persons less than 16 years of age. 456The bag limit for antlered deer shall be one per person, but not more than two per quota permit. Antlerless deer may be taken by antlerless deer permit only. Only wild hog may be taken during the wild hog-still season. During the spring turkey season, one gobbler (or bearded turkey) may be taken per person, but not more than two per quota permit. Turkey of either sex may be taken during the archery season.

    5303. General regulations:

    533a. The use of tracked vehicles, airboats, all-terrain vehicles or unlicensed and unregistered motorcycles is prohibited. Horses and bicycles may be used only on firebreaks and named or numbered roads. During periods open to hunting, horses are prohibited.

    571b. Vehicles may be operated only on named or numbered roads and shall be parked in designated parking areas or within 25 feet of a named or numbered road.

    600c. During periods when the area is closed to hunting, public access other than by foot (pedestrian), bicycle or horseback (equestrian) is prohibited, except that motorized vehicles shall be allowed on Royce Road year round and shall be allowed on all named and numbered roads one day prior to all hunts, except small game.

    654d. All persons shall enter and exit the area at a designated entrance.

    667e. Hunting with dogs is prohibited except any dog may be used to take small game during the small game season. Hunting wild hog with dogs is prohibited.

    695f. Public access is prohibited from 1.5 hours after sunset until 1.5 hours before sunrise.

    710(g) Perry Oldenburg Mitigation Park – Hernando County.

    7181. Possession of any animal is prohibited.

    7252. All persons shall enter and exit the area only at designated entrances.

    7383. Public access other than by foot (pedestrian) is prohibited.

    7484. Public access is prohibited from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise.

    763(h) Chinsegut – Hernando County.

    7681. Public access other than by foot (pedestrian) is prohibited.

    7782. Fishing and frogging is prohibited.

    7843. Possession of any animal is prohibited.

    7914. All persons shall enter and exit the area only at designated entrances.

    8045. Public access is prohibited from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise.

    8196. The Commission may authorize additional public access, including but not limited to hours of access and methods of access, to facilitate public access to the Chinsegut Nature Center and Commission sponsored activities.

    852(i) Moody Branch Mitigation Park – Manatee County.

    8601. Possession of any animal is prohibited except horses are allowed.

    8712. All persons shall enter and exit the area only at designated entrances.

    8843. Public access other than by foot (pedestrian) or horseback (equestrian) is prohibited. Horses may be ridden only on established roads, firelines and designated trails.

    9094. Public access is prohibited from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise.

    924(j) Crooked Lake Mitigation Park – Polk County.

    9321. Possession of any animal is prohibited, except horses are allowed.

    9432. All persons shall enter and exit the area only at designated entrances.

    9563. Public access other than by foot (pedestrian), bicycle or horse (equestrain) is prohibited. Horses and bicycles may be ridden only on established roads, firelines and designated trails.

    9844. Public access is prohibited from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise.

    999(k) Janet Butterfield Brooks Mitigation Park – Hernando County.

    1008Public access is prohibited.

    1012(2) North Central Region.

    1016(a) Santa Fe Swamp – Bradford County.

    10231. Open season:

    1026a. Archery – September 22 through October 20.

    1034b. Muzzleloading gun – October 21-23.

    1040c. Archery and muzzleloading gun – November 4 through December 31.

    1051d. Spring turkey – March 17 through April 22.

    1060e. Fishing is allowed throughout the year.

    1067f. Falconry – Game may be taken by falconry during established statewide seasons that coincide with periods when the area is otherwise open for public use or hunting.

    10952. Legal to take: Gray squirrel, rabbit, antlered deer and fish. 1106Taking of antlered deer not having at least one antler with three or more points or one antler with a main beam of ten inches or more in length is prohibited, except by persons less than 16 years of age. Antlered and antlerless 1149deer and turkey of either sex may be taken during the archery season. Only bearded turkey or gobblers may be taken during the spring turkey season.

    11753. General regulations:

    1196b. Vehicles are prohibited except in the designated parking areas.

    1206c. Centerfire or rimfire rifles, shotguns, pistols, and crossbows are prohibited for taking wildlife.

    1220d. Hunting with dogs is prohibited.

    1226e. Public access is prohibited from 1.5 hours after sunset until 1.5 hours before sunrise, except by persons possessing a Special Use Authorization from the Suwannee River Water Management District.

    1256(b) Fort White Mitigation Park – Gilchrist County.

    12641. Open season:

    1267a. Archery season – October 21-25, October 28 through November 1 and November 11-15.

    1281b. Small game – November 18 through December 1 and February 3-18.

    1293c. Youth spring turkey – March 10-11.

    1300d. Spring turkey – March 17-21 and 24-28.

    1308e. Fishing and frogging – Prohibited except along the bank of the Santa Fe River.

    1323f. Trapping – Prohibited.

    1327g. Falconry – Game may be taken by falconry during established statewide seasons that coincide with periods when the area is otherwise open for public use or hunting.

    13552. Legal to take: All legal game, fish, frogs and furbearers. 1366Taking of antlered deer not having at least one antler with two or more points is prohibited, except by persons less than 16 years of age. 1392During the archery season, turkey of either sex may be taken and the bag limit for deer shall be one antlered or one antlerless deer per person, but no more than two deer per quota permit. During the spring turkey season, one gobbler or bearded turkey may be taken per person, but no more than two per quota permit.

    14513. Camping: Camping is allowed by permit only from the Suwannee River Water Management District.

    14664. General regulations:

    1469a. Persons shall enter and exit the area at designated entrances.

    1480b. Public access is prohibited from 1.5 hours after sunset until 1.5 hours before sunrise.

    1495c. Possession of any animal is prohibited except that a dog on a leash may be used to trail wounded game, any dog may be used to take small game during the small game season and raptors may be used during the falconry season.

    1539d. Motorized vehicular access is prohibited, except in the designated parking areas.

    1551e. Bicycles may only be ridden on firebreaks, trails and well-defined roads.

    1563f. Only persons participating in the hunts are allowed on the area during hunting periods, except during small game season.

    1583(c) Suwannee Ridge – Hamilton County.

    15891. Open season:

    1592a. Mobility-impaired general gun – October 13-15, 27-29, November 3-5 and December 15-17.

    1605b. Mobility-impaired spring turkey – March 23-25 and April 13-15.

    16152. Legal to take: Antlered deer, antlerless deer, wild hog, gobbler or bearded turkey (during spring turkey season only), gray squirrel, rabbit and furbearers. Two deer or two turkeys may be taken per quota permit. Only certified mobility-impaired hunters may take an antlerless deer. 1659Taking of antlered deer not having at least one antler with three or more points or one antler with a main beam of ten inches or more in length is prohibited, except by persons less than 16 years of age.

    16993. General regulations:

    1702a. Hunters shall check in and out at the designated check station on Holton Creek WMA and report all game taken.

    1723b. During periods open to hunting public access is restricted to individuals with valid quota hunt permits and those persons identified in Rule 174668A-15.005, 1747F.A.C. Only one quota hunt permit may be utilized per individual per hunt.

    1760c. Vehicles may be operated only from 1.5 hours before sunrise until 1.5 hours after sunset, only on named or numbered roads during periods open to hunting and one day prior.

    1791d. The use of tracked vehicles, airboats, motorcycles, or all-terrain vehicles is prohibited, except all-terrain vehicles may be used during mobility-impaired hunts.

    1813e. Hunters shall enter and exit through Holton Creek WMA Road 2 only. The area may be accessed during non-hunting periods only by use of the Adams Grade parking area.

    1843f. All mobility-impaired hunters and guests are required to attend a pre-hunt orientation meeting.

    1857g. The possession of dogs or horses is prohibited, except as provided by paragraph 187168A-15.004(7)(d), 1872F.A.C.

    1873h. During non-hunting periods, access is restricted to foot traffic only.

    1884i. Public access is prohibited from 1.5 hours after sunset until 1.5 hours before sunrise.

    1899(d) Brannan Field Mitigation Park – Duval and Clay counties.

    19091. Taking wildlife with guns is prohibited.

    19162. Possession of dogs or trapping devices is prohibited.

    19253. Access shall be restricted to foot traffic only. No motorized vehicles or horseback riding shall be allowed.

    1943(e) Bell Ridge Mitigation Park.

    19481. Possession of any animal is prohibited.

    19552. Public access other than by foot (pedestrian) is prohibited.

    19653. All persons shall enter and exit the area only at designated entrances.

    1978(f) Lafayette Forest Wildlife and Environmental Area.

    19851. Open seasons:

    1988a. Archery season – September 23-27 and September 29 through October 3 and 6-10.

    2002b. Muzzleloading gun season – October 21-23.

    2009c. Family hunt – November 4-5 and 11-12.

    2017d. Wild hog-still – January 20-24 and 27-31.

    2025e. Small game – February 3-18.

    2031f. Youth spring turkey – March 10-11.

    2038g. Spring turkey – March 17-19 and 23-25.

    2046h. Fishing – Allowed year round.

    2052i. Trapping – Prohibited.

    2056j. Falconry – Game may be taken by falconry during established statewide seasons that coincide with periods when the area is otherwise open for public use or hunting.

    20842. Legal to take: All legal game, fish and furbearers. 2094Taking of antlered deer not having at least one antler with two or more points is prohibited, except by persons less than 16 years of age. 2120During the archery season, turkey of either sex may be taken and the bag limit for deer shall be one antlered or one antlerless deer per person, but no more than two deer per quota permit. During the family hunt the bag limit shall be one antlered or one antlerless deer per person. During the muzzleloading gun season, the bag limit shall be one antlered deer per person, but no more than two antlered deer per quota permit. During the wild hog-still season, only wild hog may be taken. During the spring turkey season, one gobbler or bearded turkey may be taken per person, but no more than two per quota permit.

    22323. General regulations:

    2235a. All persons shall enter and exit the area at designated entrances.

    2247b. Public access is prohibited from 1.5 hours after sunset until 1.5 hours before sunrise except during small game season by persons hunting as specified in paragraph 227468A-24.002(2)(b), 2275F.A.C. and that persons with a Special Use Authorization from the Suwannee River Water Management District for Mallory Swamp Wildlife Management Area may traverse McCalls Chapel Grade.

    2302c. Possession of any animal is prohibited except horses are allowed, a dog on a leash may be used for trailing wounded game, dogs may be transported year round on McCalls Chapel Grade, dogs may be used to hunt during small game season and raptors may be used during the falconry season. Horses are allowed on firebreaks, designated trails and named or numbered roads only.

    2367d. Hunting with dogs is prohibited during the small game season, except by persons hunting as specified in paragraph 238668A-24.002(2)(b), 2387F.A.C., and any dog may be used to take small game.

    2398e. Taking wild hog by the use of dogs is prohibited.

    2409f. Motorized vehicular access is prohibited except on McCalls Chapel Grade and Lafayette Loop. Lafayette Loop may be driven on only by persons authorized to participate in the hunts and only on hunt days and the day prior to each hunt.

    2450g. During hunting seasons public access is limited to persons participating in the hunt, except that all persons may use McCalls Chapel Grade to access Mallory Swamp Wildlife Management Area.

    2480h. The use of all-terrain vehicles and unlicensed and unregistered motorcycles is prohibited.

    2493(g) Watermelon Pond Wildlife and Environmental Area.

    25001. Open seasons:

    2503a. Archery season – October 14-22.

    2509b. Small game – November 18 through December 3 and December 16 through January 7.

    2524c. Youth spring turkey – March 10-11.

    2531d. Duck, geese and coot – During the seasons established by Rule 254368A-13.003, 2544F.A.C. on the Gladman Tract only.

    2550e. Fishing and frogging – Allowed year round.

    2558f. Trapping – Prohibited.

    2562g. Falconry – Game may be taken by falconry during established statewide seasons that coincide with periods when the area is otherwise open for public use or hunting.

    25902. Legal to take: All legal game, fish, frogs, turkey, furbearers and antlerless deer. 2604Taking of antlered deer not having at least one antler with two or more points is prohibited, except by persons less than 16 years of age. 2630During archery season, turkey of either sex may be taken and the bag limit for deer shall be one per person.

    26513. General regulations:

    2654a. Persons shall enter and exit the area only at designated entrances or via Watermelon Pond.

    2670b. Motorized vehicular access is prohibited, except in designated parking areas.

    2681c. Bicycles may be ridden on roads, firelines and designated trails only.

    2693d. Public access is prohibited from 1.5 hours after sunset until 1.5 hours before sunrise.

    2708e. Possession of animals is prohibited; except that dogs are allowed as provided by paragraph 272368A-17.004(7)(c), 2724F.A.C., dogs on a leash may be used for trailing wounded game, horses are allowed on roads, firelines and designated trails only, bird dogs and waterfowl retrievers may be used for hunting during the small game season and seasons established by Rule 276668A-13.003, 2767F.A.C. on the Gladman Tract and raptors may be used for falconry season.

    2780(3) Northwest Region.

    2783(a) Judges Cave – Jackson County.

    27891. Taking wildlife with guns is prohibited.

    27962. Unauthorized public access is prohibited.

    28023. Judges Cave will be closed to entry from March 15 through September 15.

    28164. Fires are prohibited.

    28205. The disturbance or removal of any tree or plant is prohibited.

    2832(b) Apalachicola River – Gulf, Franklin, and Liberty counties.

    28411. Open seasons:

    2844a. Archery – Opening 33 days prior to the first day of the general gun season and closing 29 days thereafter.

    2865b. Muzzleloading gun – Opening the first Saturday in December and closing 2 days thereafter.

    2880c. General gun – Opening the fourth Thursday in November and closing 3 days thereafter and reopening the second Saturday in December and closing 53 days thereafter.

    2907d. Small game – During the open seasons established in Rule 291868A-13.004, 2919F.A.C., except gray squirrel season shall open the second Saturday of November.

    2931e. Archery and muzzleloading gun – Opening the day immediately following the last day of the general gun season and closing 10 days thereafter.

    2955f. Spring turkey – During the spring turkey season established for Zone D in Rule 297068A-13.004, 2971F.A.C., excluding the youth turkey hunt.

    2977g. Wild hog-dog – Opening the third Friday and closing 2 days thereafter in the months of July, August, September, May and June, in that portion of the area west of the Apalachicola River, west of the East River and south of Sam’s Creek Cut-off.

    3022h. Migratory game birds – During seasons established by Rules 303268A-13.003 3033and 303468A-13.008, 3035F.A.C.

    3036i. Fox, raccoon, opossum and bobcat – Throughout the year.

    3046j. Trapping – December 1 through March 1.

    3054k. Fishing and frogging – Throughout the year.

    30621. Bear – During the open season established for the East Panhandle BMU in Rule 307768A-13.004, 3078F.A.C.

    30792. Legal to take: All legal game, bear (only during the bear season), fish, frogs and furbearers. 3096Taking of antlered deer not having at least one antler with two or more points is prohibited, except by persons less than 16 years of age. 3122Antlerless deer may only be taken during the archery season. Bearded turkey or gobblers may be taken during the spring turkey season and the first 41 days of the general gun season; turkey of either sex may be taken during the archery and muzzleloading gun seasons. During the first phase of dove season, taking dove in posted dove fields is prohibited except on Saturdays. Wild hog may only be taken during the archery, muzzleloading gun, general gun, archery/muzzleloading gun and wild hog-dog seasons and during the open season for quail established in Rule 321568A-13.004, 3216F.A.C.

    32173. Camping: Throughout the year. A permit as provided by paragraph 322868A-17.004(8)(a), 3229F.A.C., is required if camping within any designated campground. In the remainder of the area, camping is limited to 14 consecutive days and prohibited where posted as no camping. Camping is limited to tents, trailers or self-propelled camping vehicles. Unless contained in mobile campers, kitchen stoves, refrigerators and freezers are prohibited. Lumber, sheet metal or other building materials are prohibited.

    32894. General regulations:

    3292a. Furbearers may be taken in accordance with the provisions of Rule 330468A-24.002, 3305F.A.C., except the use or possession of dogs is prohibited during the spring turkey season and traps may only be used during the established trapping season.

    3331b. The use of dogs, other than bird dogs or retrievers, on posted dove fields is prohibited during the first phase of dove season.

    3355c. Vehicles may be operated only on named or numbered roads.

    3366d. Fires other than campfires are prohibited.

    3373e. Hunting with dogs, other than bird dogs or retrievers, is prohibited in that portion of the area posted as Northwest Florida Water Management District lands (except those lands lying south of the Chipola River and east of the St. Joe Canal) and on those lands lying east of East Bay and Cash Bayou, except during the wild hog-dog season.

    3433f. The use of all-terrain vehicles is prohibited in that portion of the area posted as Northwest Florida Water Management District lands and on those lands lying east of East Bay and Cash Bayou.

    3467g. 3468During the wild hog-dog season, hunts will begin at 12:01 a.m. on the first day of the hunt and end at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the hunt.

    3498h. During the wild hog-dog season, wild hog may be taken by the aid of a light with dogs and a firearm. The hunting of wild hog under this provision by display or use of a light from a moving vehicle, boat or animal is prohibited.

    3544(c) L. Kirk Edwards – Leon County.

    35511. Open 3553seasons for that portion of the area west of Chaires Cross Road:

    3565a. Gray squirrel – Opening the second Saturday in November through the close of the gray squirrel season established in Rule 358668A-13.004, 3587F.A.C.

    3588b. Youth turkey hunt – During the youth turkey hunt for Zone C established in Rule 360468A-13.004, 3605F.A.C.

    3606c. Spring turkey – During the first three days of the regular season for Zone C, and the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the third and fifth weekends of the regular season for Zone C established in Rule 364468A-13.004, 3645F.A.C.

    3646d. Migratory game birds3650– Migratory game birds 3654during seasons established in Rules 365968A-13.003 3660and 366168A-13.008, 3662F.A.C.

    3663e. Fishing and frogging – Allowed throughout the year.

    36722. Open seasons for that portion of the area east of Chaires Cross Road:

    3686a. Archery – September 28 through October 1, October 12-15 and 26-29.

    3698b. Family hunt – November 2-5.

    3704c. Archery and muzzleloading gun – November 23-26, November 30 through December 3 and December 14-17.

    3720d. Small game – December 29-31, January 12-14, 26-28, February 9-11 and 23-25.

    3733e. Youth turkey hunt – During the youth turkey hunt for Zone C established in Rule 374968A-13.004, 3750F.A.C.

    3751f. Spring turkey – During the first three days of the regular season for Zone C, and the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the third and fifth weekends of the regular season for Zone C established in Rule 378968A-13.004, 3790F.A.C.

    3791g. Duck, geese and coot – During the first three days of both the wood duck and teal and duck, light goose, and coot seasons established in Rule 381968A-13.003, 3820F.A.C.

    3821h. Fishing and frogging – Allowed throughout the year.

    38303. Legal to take: 3834All legal game, turkey (during spring turkey season only), fish, frogs and furbearers. Taking of antlered deer not having at least one antler with three or more points or one antler with a main beam of ten inches or more in length is prohibited, except by persons less than 16 years of age. During the spring turkey season, one gobbler (or bearded turkey) may be taken per quota permit. During the archery season the bag limit for deer shall be one antlered or one antlerless deer per person, but not more than two per quota permit. During the family hunt the bag limit for deer shall be one antlered and one antlerless deer per quota permit. During the archery/muzzleloading gun season the bag limit for deer shall be one antlered deer per person, but not more than two per quota permit. 3975Gobblers or bearded turkeys may be taken during the spring turkey season from one-half hour before sunrise until sunset.

    39944. General regulations:

    3997a. Vehicles may be operated only on named or numbered roads and shall enter and exit at designated entrances. Vehicle access is prohibited from 1.5 hours after sunset until 1.5 hours before sunrise.

    4030b. Taking wildlife with dogs, other than bird dogs or retrievers, is prohibited, except any dog may be used to 4050take small game during small game season4057. 4058Taking wild hog with dogs is prohibited.

    4065c. 4066Taking wildlife with centerfire rifles is prohibited4073.

    4074d. The use of swamp buggies, tracked vehicles, all-terrain vehicles or unlicensed and unregistered motorcycles is prohibited.

    4091e. 4092During the youth turkey and spring turkey seasons, access to the area from one-half hour before sunrise to 1 p.m. shall be restricted in the area east of Chaires Cross Road to individuals authorized to participate in the quota hunt.

    4132(4) South Region.

    4135(a) Southern Glades – Dade County.

    41411. Open season:

    4144a. Archery – July 29 through August 27.

    4152b. Muzzleloading gun – September 8-10.

    4158c. General gun – September 16 through October 15 and November 20-26.

    4170d. Small game – November 27 through February 25.

    4179e. Ducks, geese, coots, and snipe – During the seasons established for these species in Rules 419568A-13.003 4196and 419768A-13.008, 4198F.A.C.

    4199f. Fishing is allowed throughout the year.

    4206g. Frogging – The day following the close of the general gun season through March 1.

    42222. Legal to take: 4226All legal game (except turkey), fish, frogs and furbearers (except bobcat and otter). Take of antlerless deer is prohibited during archery season. 4248Taking of antlered deer not having at least one antler with two or more points is prohibited, except by persons less than 16 years of age.

    42743. General regulations:

    4277a. Dogs are prohibited except dogs may be used for hunting small game during small game season and waterfowl retrievers and bird dogs may be used during the duck, coot, and snipe seasons.

    4310b. The take of wildlife with guns is prohibited on, from, or across any check station, levee, or improved road.

    4330c. Hunting is prohibited within 100 yards of 232nd avenue. The take of wildlife with a firearm east of the C-109 road or within 500 yards of the Dade Work Camp is prohibited.

    4363d. The use of tracked vehicles, buggies, airboats, motorcycles, and all-terrain vehicles is prohibited in the area except that airboats may be used in Units 1 and 4 from the day following the close of the general gun season through March 1 and outboard motor boats may be used within canals, and vehicles may be operated on named or numbered roads.

    4424e. Vehicles shall not be parked in such a manner as to obstruct roads, gates, or trails.

    4441f. Conditional non-native snakes and lizards as listed in subsection 445168-5.002(4), 4452F.A.C., may be taken after the last day of small game season through the second Sunday in April and during established seasons for the taking of game animals or alligators and only by persons properly licensed and permitted to take game animals or alligators.

    4496g. Guns are a prohibited method of take for Conditional non-native snakes and lizards, except when the use of guns to take game or alligators is authorized and after the last day of small game season through the second Sunday in April when all legal methods of take for game animals or alligators are allowed, except the use of centerfire rifles is prohibited.

    4559h. Conditional non-native snakes and lizards shall not be removed from the area alive.

    4573i. Persons that take any Conditional non-native snakes and lizards shall report the take within 36 hours, and shall provide all data requested.

    4596j. The day after small game season ends through the second Sunday in April shooting hours for Conditional non-native snakes and lizards shall be 1/2 hour before sunrise until 1/2 hour after sunset.

    4646a. Archery – September 8-10, 15-17 and 22-24.

    4654b. Muzzleloading gun – October 6-8, 13-15 and 20-22.

    4679e. Wild hog-still – November 14-16, November 28-30, and opening the second Saturday in April and closing 8 days thereafter, and opening the second Saturday in May and closing 8 days thereafter.

    49003. Camping – During the archery, muzzleloading gun, general gun, general gun for mobility-impaired, and spring turkey seasons, 4918only those persons participating in the hunt 4925shall camp on the area and 4931camping is permitted only on the campsite adjacent to Gate 3. Authorized camping equipment may be taken on the area after 8 a.m. one day before each 4958hunt and shall be removed from the area before 5 p.m. one day following each 4973hunt of the archery, muzzleloading gun, general gun, general gun for mobility-impaired, and spring turkey seasons. 4989During 4990the remainder of the year, camping is 4997allow4998ed at designated primitive 5002camp5003sites on hiking trails, the Family Use campground on Jim Lake Grade, and at the designated equestrian staging area at Gate 3.

    50254. General regulations:

    5028a. Fires are prohibited except at designated areas.

    5036b. The possession or consumption of intoxicating beverages is prohibited.

    5046c. Taking wildlife with dogs is prohibited except dogs are permitted for hunting small game during the small game season.

    5066d. Vehicles may be operated only on named roads and designated parking areas except during the general gun for mobility-impaired season when all-terrain vehicles can be used off roads.

    5095e. The use of tracked vehicles, buggies, airboats, or all-terrain vehicles is prohibited except all-terrain vehicles may be used during the general gun for mobility-impaired season. The operation of a motorcycle that is not registered and licensed is prohibited. During quota hunts, the operation of any vessel powered by an internal combustion engine is prohibited.

    5150f. Horses are prohibited during the archery, muzzleloading gun, general gun, general gun for mobility-impaired and spring turkey seasons. During the remainder of the year horses may be used only on designated equestrian trails and named or numbered roads. Persons horseback riding on the area shall enter and exit only at Gate 3.

    5203g. During the archery, muzzleloading gun, general gun, general gun for mobility-impaired, spring turkey and wild hog-still seasons, hunters shall check in and out at the check station at Gate 3 and check all game taken. During periods when the check station is staffed, no deer, wild hog, or turkey may be dismembered until checked at the check station. During the small game season, hunters shall enter and exit the area through Gate 1.

    5277h. During the small game season and periods when the area is closed to hunting, vehicle access is through Gate 1 and hiking access is through Gate 2 by foot only. People through-hiking on the Florida Trail may enter or exit the area through the Florida Trail.

    5324i. During the archery, muzzleloading gun, general gun, general gun for mobility-impaired and spring turkey seasons, no person shall enter or exit the area except through Gate 3 and all such persons shall possess a valid quota hunt permit for the area or be a guest of a valid quota permit holder as provided in Rule 538068A-15.005, 5381F.A.C. During the wild hog-still season, no person shall enter or exit the area except through Gate 3.

    5399j. Only tents, trailers, or self-propelled camping vehicles may be used for camping.

    5412k. Each hunter participating in the general gun for mobility-impaired season is required to attend a pre-hunt orientation meeting.

    5431l. Taking wildlife with firearms other than shotguns is prohibited during the small game season.

    5446(c) CREW – Collier and Lee Counties.

    54531. Open season:

    5456a. Archery – August 5-13.

    5461b. Muzzleloading gun – September 2-4.

    5467c. General gun – November 18-26.

    5473d. Small game –December 2-31.

    5478e. Spring turkey – March 3-6 and 7-11.

    5486f. Trapping is prohibited.

    5490g. Falconry – Game may be taken by falconry during established statewide seasons that coincide with periods when the area is otherwise open for public use or hunting.

    5518h. Fishing and frogging – Allowed throughout the year.

    55272. Legal to take: All legal game, fish, frogs, and furbearers (except bobcat and otter). The bag limit for deer shall be one per quota permit. 5553Taking of antlered deer not having at least one antler with three or more points or one antler with a main beam of ten inches or more in length is prohibited, except by persons less than 16 years of age. 5593The taking of deer is prohibited in the Corkscrew Marsh Unit. One gobbler (or bearded turkey) may be taken per spring turkey quota permit. The taking of turkey is prohibited during the archery season. The take of wild hog is prohibited during small game season.

    56383. Camping: Camping is allowed at designated sites by permit from the South Florida Water Management District.

    56554. General regulations:

    5658a. Fires other than campfires at approved campsites are prohibited.

    5668b. Take of wildlife with dogs is prohibited except bird dogs or retrievers may be used during general gun season and any dog may be used to take small game during small game season.

    5702c. The use of tracked vehicles, swamp buggies, unlicensed and unregistered motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, or vessels, except canoes or kayaks, is prohibited, except that swamp buggies may be operated by individuals participating in hunts.

    5736d. Vehicles may be operated only on named or numbered roads designated for vehicles. During the archery, muzzleloading gun, general gun and spring turkey seasons beginning at 8 a.m. the day prior to the opening of each season vehicles may also be operated on named or numbered trails by individuals possessing a valid quota hunt permit.

    5792e. The use or possession of horses is prohibited, except by individuals with written authorization from the South Florida Water Management District.

    5814f. Persons may enter and exit the area only at designated access points and, during periods when check stations are staffed, hunters must check in and out at the designated check station and shall check all game taken.

    5852g. Persons may enter the area no earlier than two hours before sunrise and must exit the area within two hours after sunset, unless camping at a designated campsite.

    5881h. Hunters shall enter and exit the Corkscrew Marsh Unit only through Gate 5 and Gate 6.

    5898i. Hunting east of or within 1/4-mile of the western North/South Tram Road and south of Bonita Beach Road in the Bird Rookery Swamp Unit is prohibited.

    5925j. During periods when check stations are staffed, no deer or turkey shall be dismembered until checked at a check station.

    5946k. Taking wildlife with centerfire or rimfire rifles is prohibited.

    5956(d) Florida Keys – Monroe County.

    59621. Taking wildlife with firearms or guns is prohibited.

    59712. Fishing is allowed throughout the year.

    59783. Camping is prohibited.

    59824. General regulations:

    5985a. Fires are prohibited.

    5989b. Constructing or erecting a permanent or semi-permanent structure is prohibited.

    6000c. Dogs are prohibited, except that dogs not normally used for hunting and kept under restraint may be possessed. No person shall allow any dog to pursue or molest wildlife.

    6030d. Unauthorized disturbance, detachment, possession, or removal of any plant or animal, dead or alive, is prohibited.

    6047e. Unauthorized planting of trees, shrubs, or other vegetation is prohibited.

    6058f. No person shall place, expose, or distribute any grain or other food for wildlife except as authorized by permit from the Executive Director.

    6082g. The disturbance or removal of any man-made, cultural, or natural materials or features, or non-renewable resources is prohibited.

    6101h. Vehicles may be operated only on named or numbered roads.

    6112i. No person shall park any vehicle in a manner which obstructs a road, gate, or firelane.

    6129j. Public access is prohibited in areas posted as “Restricted” for protection of threatened or endangered species or environmentally sensitive areas.

    6150k. The use of tracked vehicles, unlicensed and unregistered motorcycles, or all-terrain vehicles is prohibited.

    6165l. Vessels may be launched at designated ramps only.

    6174(e) John C. and Mariana Jones/Hungryland – Palm Beach and Martin Counties.

    61861. Open season:

    6189a. Archery – September 9-12, 16-19, September 23-26 and September 30 through October 3.

    6203b. Muzzleloading gun – October 14-16.

    6209c. General gun – October 28-30, November 4-6 and 11-13.

    6435b. Motorized vehicles may be operated only on named or numbered roads and in designated parking areas, unless otherwise posted as closed. Vehicles are prohibited on the Old Jupiter-Indiantown Grade.

    6465c. The use of tracked vehicles, buggies, airboats, unlicensed and unregistered motorcycles, and all-terrain vehicles is prohibited.

    6482d. During periods when the check station is staffed, hunters shall check in and out at the check station when entering and exiting the area and shall check all game taken.

    6513e. During periods when the check station is staffed, no deer or turkey shall be dismembered until checked at the check station.

    6535f. Taking wildlife with dogs is prohibited except bird dogs and retrievers may be used for taking migratory birds and during small game season dogs may be used to take small game.

    6567g. Taking wildlife with centerfire or rimfire rifles is prohibited.

    6577h. Horses may be used only on designated equestrian trails and named or numbered roads.
