68A-23. Rules Relating To Freshwater Fish |
Effective on Sunday, May 10, 1987
1(1) Freshwater game fish legally caught may be kept on the premises of wholesale or retail businesses or in public cold storage, refrigerators, ice houses or ice boxes when properly tagged showing the name, license number and address of the owner clearly written thereon.
45(2) The provisions of this section shall not apply to properly tagged game fish which were taken in accordance with Rule 6668A-23.012, 67F.A.C.
