68A-27. Rules Relating To Endangered Or Threatened Species |
Effective on Monday, January 30, 2023
1(1) The species in subsection (3), are hereby declared to be candidate species for inclusion in Rule 1868A-27.003, 19F.A.C.
20(2) No person shall intentionally take any candidate species except as authorized by specific permit from the Executive Director.
39(3) The following species are hereby declared to be candidate species: none.
