1(1) Hogfish Open Seasons. In all state waters of the Atlantic Ocean and 14south of 25°09' North Latitude in the Gulf of Mexico, the season for the recreational harvest and possession of hogfish shall be May 1 through October 31 (42consistent with the Federal Standard established in 4950 C.F.R. §622.183(b)(4)52as of August 24, 2017).
57(2) Hogfish Closed Seasons. No recreational harvester shall harvest in or from state waters of the Atlantic Ocean and south of 25°0979'80North Latitude in the Gulf of Mexico, nor possess in or on state waters of the Atlantic Ocean and south of 25°09' North Latitude in the Gulf of Mexico,109any hogfish from January 1 through April 30 and November 1 through December 31 (124consistent with the Federal Standard established in 13150 C.F.R. §622.183(b)(4)134as of August 24, 2017).
