68B-2.007. Prohibition of Possession, Transport, Purchase, or Sale of Illegally-Caught Marine Organisms

Effective on Sunday, September 1, 2013

1Except for a law enforcement officer acting in an enforcement capacity, no person may possess, transport, purchase, or sell any marine organisms harvested in violation of any of the requirements of Division 68B, F.A.C., or of Chapter 379, F.S.
