68B-3.005. Repeal of Manatee County Special Acts of Local Application

Effective on Thursday, October 16, 2014

1The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has determined that the repeal of Manatee County Special Acts of Local Application, Chapters 19961, 26000, 27697, 61-2452, 63-1585, 67-1685, 67-1883, Laws of Florida, will not adversely affect the marine resources of Manatee County or of the State of Florida, therefore Manatee County Special Acts Chapters 19961, 26000, 27697, 61-2452, 63-1585, 67-1685, 67-1883, Laws of Florida, are hereby repealed.
