68B-3.035. Repeal of Gulf County Special Act of Local Application
Effective on Wednesday, February 1, 2017
1The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has determined that the repeal of Gulf County Special Act of Local Application, Chapter 79-466, Laws of Florida (1979), will not adversely affect the marine resources of Gulf County or of the State of Florida, therefore Gulf County Special Act of Local Application, Chapter 79-466, Laws of Florida (1979), is hereby repealed.
