68B-30.006. Other Prohibitions

Effective on Thursday, May 11, 2017

1(1) No person shall possess, transport, buy, sell, exchange or offer to buy, sell or exchange any king mackerel harvested in violation of any provision or condition of this chapter.

31(2) The Commission shall issue a permit pursuant to Rule 4168B-2.010, 42F.A.C., 43to authorize king mackerel caught in an organized tournament to be donated to a licensed wholesale dealer60.

61(3) The prohibitions of this chapter apply as well to any and all persons operating a vessel in the Atlantic fishery, who shall be deemed to have violated any prohibition which has been violated by another person aboard.

99(4) Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the sale of king mackerel harvested persuant to 11450 C.F.R. 116§117622.379(b) (as of May 11, 2017).
