68B-31.0157. East Coast: Night Trawling Prohibited; Exception
Effective on Tuesday, March 1, 2005
1No person shall harvest or attempt to harvest shrimp in or from Florida waters in any county whose coastal boundary borders solely on the Atlantic Ocean by use of a trawl during night hours except during the months of June, July, and August.
