68B-42.003. Prohibition of Harvest: Longspine Urchin, Bahama Starfish

Effective on Monday, October 31, 2011

1No person shall harvest or possess within or without the waters of the state, or land any of the following species:

22(1) Longspine urchin, 25Diadema antillarum27.

28(2) Bahama starfish, 31Oreaster reticulatus33.
