68B-46. Horseshoe Crabs |

1As used in this rule chapter:
7(1) “Harvest” means the catching or taking of a horseshoe crab, by any means whatsoever, followed by a reduction of such crab to possession. Horseshoe crabs that are caught but immediately returned to the water free, alive, and unharmed are not harvested.
49(2) “Horseshoe crab” means any arthropod of the species 58Limulus polyphemus, 60or any part thereof.
