68B-52.002. Definitions

Effective on Sunday, September 1, 2013

1(1) “River herring”, as used in this chapter, means a fish of the species 15Alosa aestivalis 17(blueback herring), or any part thereof.

23(2) “Shad”, means a fish of the species 31Alosa alabamae 33(Alabama shad), 35Alosa sapidissima 37(American shad), 39Alosa mediocris 41(hickory shad), or any part thereof.
