68B-58. Swordfish |

1As used in Chapter 68B-58, F.A.C.:
7(1) “Swordfish” means any fish of the species 15Xiphias gladius, 17or any part thereof.
21(2) “Cleithrum to keel length” means the length of a fish measured along the body contour, i.e., a curved measurement, from the point of the cleithrum that provides the shortest possible measurement along the body contour to the anterior portion of the caudal keel. The cleithrum is the semicircular bony structure at the posterior edge of the gill opening.
