Effective on Wednesday, January 1, 2020
1(1) Recreational Bag Limit – Except 7when harvesting pursuant to the 10-fish vessel limit 15provided in 17subsection 18(2) below, a recreational harvester 23harvesting blackfin tuna 26may not harvest or possess within or without Florida Waters or land more than 2 blackfin tuna per day.
45(2) Recreational Vessel Limit – 50A recreational h53arvester or harvesters aboard a vessel 59harvesting blackfin tuna 62may not collectively 65harvest or 67possess within or without Florida Waters or land more than 10 blackfin tuna per day or 2 per harvester per day, whichever is greater.
