68D-14.001. Scope and Purpose

1The purpose of this rule chapter is to establish designated anchoring areas within Monroe County and the maximum allowable vessel draft for each area, as identified in each respective drawing, to help prevent grounding or stranding pursuant to section 40327.4108, F.S.
